Training as a ballet dancer for the majority of my life, I knew a love for movement would always be a huge part of my identity. Once I began cross training with weights in the gym, I saw my athletic performance improve immensely. My own fitness journey shaped me into a stronger, more confident version of myself and I became driven to help others similarly achieve their fitness goals.
