Lane_Fenrich.jpgLane has been practicing yoga since the early ’90s and teaching since 2009.  Like many people, he first tried yoga as a way to alleviate stress and severe back pain.  He was hooked before the first class had even ended!  Within weeks, he had developed a daily practice and was more comfortable in his body than he had ever thought possible.  His teaching draws liberally from a wide range of disciplines and teachers, from iyengar to ashtanga to bhakti urban flow with equal emphasis on alignment and pure joy.  His core belief is simple: yoga work!
