Kristin discovered yoga as a complement to her dance training 12 years ago and immediately fell in love with the ancient form of moving meditation. She received her BFA in dance and completed her initial 200hr RYT training in 2012. In 2018, she completed her 500hr advanced training and 85hr prenatal training. She loves to share her passion for overall health and wellness in her classes by connecting movement with breath, strength with grace, and body with mind. Kristin is constantly learning more about yoga and mindfulness to share with her students. She studies with master teachers from many different backgrounds throughout the country. If nothing else, her goal for every student is to leave her yoga class with a smile.
