Kristin has been in love with the art of movement for as long as she can remember. She started practicing yoga in 2006 and immediately fell in love with the ancient form of moving meditation. In 2012, she completed her 200 hour registered yoga teacher training, received her BFA in Dance, and began teaching professionally. She has studied and teaches many forms of yoga including hatha, vinyasa, power, beginner specific, alignment-based, yin/yang, seasonal, slow flow, gentle and restorative. Teachers are always students, so Kristin continues to study with master teachers throughout the Midwest and is currently pursuing her 300hr RYT accreditation. She loves to share her passion for overall health and wellness in her class by connecting movement with breath, peace with joy, strength with grace, love with determination, curiosity with creativity, and body with mind. If nothing else, her goal for every student is to leave her yoga class with a smile.
