Kelly Tahini

Kelly Tahini_tnKelly was initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, but what made her fall deeply in love with the practice were the mental and spiritual shifts. In 2009, Kelly awakened to a deep realization that she wanted to share yoga with everyone.

She completed her 200-hour and 300- hour Teacher Trainings at Yogaview under the incredible guidance of Geri Bleier, Claire Mark, Quinn Kearney and Tom Quinn.

Kelly teaches alignment based vinyasa flow. Her classes are fun and motivating, have great energy and will leave you awakened. She strives to provide approachable and practical asana while encouraging each person's playful edge and ability to come forth.

She enjoys teaching all levels of students and encourages each person to come as they are, and have fun with what they bring to each practice.
