Kelly Tahini’s love affair with Yoga began in 2009, when she moved to Thailand. Despite the language barrier, Kelly learned the yoga postures by strategically positioning herself in front of the mirrors to see the reflection of the other students. Within a few weeks of practicing, she was hooked. After experiencing the extraordinary benefits of yoga, Kelly awakened to a deep realization that she wanted to share Yoga with everyone. When Kelly returned to Chicago in 2010, she received her Yoga teaching certification through Yogaview. Kelly teaches alignment based vinyasa flow with both Ashtanga and Anusara influences. She incorporates resistance, endurance and strength training principles. Utilizing breath, music, mindful sequencing, and humor, Kelly employs a challenging, yet playful teaching style.
