Karlie Dunsky

Karlie_Dunsky.jpgKarlie believes in the power of group fitness and the synergy of many positive people helping to encourage each other towards their goals.  She found that fitness is far more empowering when it isn’t about what you look like, but focuses instead on what you are capable of doing and how amazing your body is and can be.  As a member of Chicago Athletic Clubs, Karlie changed her life dramatically with the help of the super supportive CAC community (both its staff and members), and she loves being part of a team that aims to bring joy and excitement into group fitness.  In addition to teaching Spinning, she enjoys practicing yoga and strength training with CAC and challenging her boundaries by learning aerial arts.
