KARLIE DUNSKYKarlie believes in the motivational power of group fitness and the synergy of many positive people helping to encourage each other towards their goals. She enjoys capability-focused fitness programs and wants her members to find success at a level that challenges them. As a member of Chicago Athletic Clubs, Karlie found internal strength and commitment to her goals with the help of the CAC community (both its staff and members), and she loves being part of a team that brings joy and excitement into group fitness.  In addition to teaching Studio Cycle and Les Mills BodyPump, she enjoys challenging her boundaries by learning aerial arts.
