My health and fitness experience began when I was a youngster watching my older brothers participate in sports and weight lifting. I was fortunate to have older brothers and a dad who instilled a habit of incorporating exercising into my daily routine as it translated over to many other aspects of my life. Over the years, through involvement in bodybuilding and a wide range of sports, studying the science and philosophy of health and wellness, I've gained a better understanding that fitness is truly a spectrum that must be a balance of physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental, social, and intellectual capabilities.
