My fitness journey began training for sports when I was a teenager. It’s something I wasn’t necessarily in love with initially, but as I started to see results, I realized the difference it made in sports and I never looked back. I’ve been dedicated to working out ever since.
I began working front desk at a gym and was pushed into personal training by the owner who helped me realize my passion for working out. He saw my potential and believed I could push others to enjoy the same.
I am looking to empower clients by helping them get to their goals and meeting them where they are on their fitness journey. I have worked with a wide range of clients from elementary kids to seniors which has given me a unique understanding of the body in all its stages. I truly enjoy sharing my knowledge with my clients and love learning from them as well. I am also a strength and conditioning coach and have trained many athletes in basketball, football, track, etc.
