I've been strength training individually for over 10 years now, and within that time I've been training others for over 4 years. During this time, I've worked with clients with various goals ranging from weight loss, power, maximal strength, hypertrophy, all the way to general health. After working as a Personal Trainer, Powerlifting Coach, and Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach, I pride myself on being able to adapt my training style to whoever is in front of me. I have my training pillars that serve as my foundation for training, but I am not married to any specific methodology because it is my belief that the equipment we use and the exercises we perform are just our tools in our training toolbox. What a person aims to create through their own respective goals and the pursuit to become better at working towards those goals is what I focus on and is also why I love what I do so much. When you work with me, you'll always get my undivided attention and full effort. I don't pretend to know everything or be everything, but my promise to every person I work with is for two things: (1) Help YOU make YOU better (2) Keep you safe and healthy.
