I am originally from Lowell, MA, and I moved my certified training practice to Chicago in 2020. As a former college athlete, my focus is in strength training, functional movement, and corrective exercises, and I am rooted in a team philosophy: your goals are my goals, when you achieve, I achieve. I enjoy putting the work in with clients and building confidence while celebrating results. Personal training is what I love to do, and I will work with you to find and focus on what makes you feel healthy, happy, and strong.
