Fitness can be about more than just coming into the gym and moving around until your muscles are tired, even though that's a big part of it. The pursuit of physical fitness can teach us how to use our bodies sustainably, it can teach us how to develop and maintain healthy habits, it can help us manage our stress and anxiety, and it can create the foundation for long and healthy lives. And of course, one of the biggest results of investing this time into your own body is going to give you the opportunity to achieve any and all physical goals which you set for yourself!
I come from a diverse background when it comes to fitness. Growing up I was a competitive lap swimmer and gymnast in addition to doing military style body-weight and circuit training, and as a young adult I developed a passion for resistance training. These help to give me a well-rounded perspective which I use to help my clients achieve their goals in the most effective way possible.
