Exercise has been a part of my life as long as I can remember. Powerlifting, basketball, and distance running make up my personal fitness interests. My training philosophy is that patience and consistency are crucial to success. One workout will not bring you the goals you desire, and extremely difficult workouts can bring injuries or a loss of interest. Moderately challenging workouts with realistic goals will bring you a lifetime appreciation of exercise.
