Health and Fitness have always been part of my life. But, after the birth of my second child, they became crucial to my happiness and well-being as I worked hard to quickly get my fitness back after a difficult pregnancy.
During my journey, I turned my love for fitness into a career. First, I became a group fitness instructor and then a personal trainer, so that I could share my experiences, knowledge, and dedication with others that have similar goals, but just need guidance to get, and stay, on the right path.
Wherever you’re at in your journey, we can work together to set attainable goals. I believe in challenging, yet realistic workouts that give you a sense of accomplishment and produce the results you’re looking for.
