Cynthia Narcisi

Cynthia_N..pngCynthia has been dancing, moving, and playing her entire adult life! Forever exploring various forms of dance, she has dipped her toes in Modern, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop and Belly Dance. She also competed within the U.S. Figure Skating Association for 5 years in the Adult Division. She started exploring yoga in the mid-90’s but it wasn’t until 2009, after a trip to India, that she enrolled in Teachers Training at North Shore Yoga.  She stumbled upon a hula hoop in 2012, and immediately connected its meditative quality with yoga, it’s creative side with dance,  and it’s ability to get people moving with cardio fitness.  Cynthia says, “Keep moving, no matter what. And have fun while you’re at it. Life is too short for anything else!”
