My life has always revolved around dance and Fitness. My love for teaching, helping people, and exuding a positive attitude began at a very young age. I am a highly motivated and very energetic person who prides myself on always creating a positive environment. The human movement system is an amazing work of art that I love learning and teaching about. Working as a professional dancer has given me determination and the understanding of what a healthy lifestyle truly is. Through hard work and dedication anything is possible! I find extreme joy in helping people reach their health and fitness goals by growing, succeeding, and having fun! In my sessions I will assure you feel comfortable, understand why and how exercises work, and will always leave you feeling confident and motivated on your fitness journey!
