Introduction Fitness has been a major part of my journey. Playing high level volleyball for ten years, four of which were at the Division I level, has helped me realize the importance of enjoyment in fitness. Transitioning from working out strictly for strength and performance gains to working out simply to be happy and healthy has changed my life as well as my outlook on fitness. My philosophy is that you can work hard AND enjoy what you are doing. If you are looking to make healthy changes or to improve the quality of your workouts, I want to be the person to help you identify and reach your goals.
