My passion for physical fitness goes hand-in-hand with my lifelong involvement in performing arts and my joy for learning new things. No matter where you’re at in life, physical fitness helps to boost confidence, increase positivity, and build positive habits that can take you to the next step on your journey! As a trainer, I love working with all people, from office professionals trying to stay in shape, to moms and dads competing to keep up with their kids, to older people wanting to stay strong and flexible, or athletes looking to “up” their fitness game. Regardless of experience, I work with each of my clients to create a fitness routine that serves their individual lifestyle and fitness goals. Through careful listening and planning, my goal each session is to motivate you to be the best you can be in order to create lasting changes and results so that you can have a life that you love.
