My strong passion for movement has led to a unique background of training. From a very young age I began my foundation as a competitive gymnast. I continued my movement training in college where I earned BFA in Dance Performance. After college, I focused on body weight movements leading me to obstacle course training. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to compete on the television show American Ninja Warrior. At that point in my fitness journey, I realized the importance of matching a healthy lifestyle to physical goals, and made significant changes to become the healthiest version of myself. I think it is extremely important to find connection between your mind and body to create physical and mental awareness. I believe establishing a strong foundation of movement, complemented with healthy habits is the key to achieving fitness goals. No matter what point of the journey you are at, I want to help my clients challenge themselves to improve confidence, develop movement, and achieve goals.
