I have always had a passion to stay active! In my youth, I had played a variety of sports, engaged in several outdoor activities, and just loved the act of play. As I aged that passion continued to thrive as I pursued different skills and knowledge in weightlifting, calisthenics, and functional movement. Today, I continue to push myself to learn new patterns and create new skills for myself in those fields.
My mission working alongside Lake View Athletic Club is to use that same youthful passion to assist anyone attempting to pursue their own fitness goals. Unfortunately, as time passes, we sacrifice our mobility to the time restraints or stressors of adulthood; my goal is to help you regain those skills and work towards a healthier you! I will introduce you to the proper technique to exercise safely and efficiently as well as challenge you to continually progress each step of the way.
