**Introduction  
**

Helping clients move well and reach their full potential is Alex Erickson’s top priority in the gym. A lifelong athlete, Alex began distance running at age 5, qualified for multiple state championships, and competed at the collegiate level. After a serious injury left him questioning whether he’d ever run again, he discovered the value of resistance training, corrective exercise, and functional strength through physical therapy and personal training. Rebuilding from that experience gave Alex a new appreciation for movement, wellness, and helping others feel strong and capable in their own bodies. Whether you’re looking to improve performance, build confidence in the gym, or simply move and feel better, Alex is committed to helping you get there
