**Introduction  
**Hi! If you are looking for a personal trainer who specializes in and cares about  
your overall health and wellness, look no further. I have been a personal trainer for five  
years with a strong background in cardio training having been a swimmer for 15 years and  
competed at the national level. I also have experience working with a wide range of ages  
and movement capabilities and can modify any workout plan to meet you where you are on  
your fitness journey. I also have a masters in nutrition and dietetics, which means I can  
help you build healthy habits inside and outside the gym with meal plans, dietary  
recommendations, and any sort of food related questions you may have!

Education: UW-Milwaukee: B.S. in Ecological, evolutionary, and behavioral biology

Viterbo University: M.S. in Community Medical Dietetics

Certifications: NASM PT, RDN

Specialties: Nutrition counseling, medical considerations (degenerative muscles diseases,  
injury recovery, adaptive fitness needs), body composition, program development,  
functional fitness
