Tuesdays 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Cost: $150 for 6-week session

During this class you will be pushed to the limit and recognize your true strength and power. Learn to trust your body and your form through lifting heavy weights while mixing in cardiovascular training as well.

Class size is limited to 8 participants.  You will receive confirmation of registration from an instructor.  In the case that the class is filled before your registration is received, you will be notified and your card will not be charged.  Please wait for registration confirmation before attending class.
