This program is designed to increase both cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Using a ladder system, this program strings together exercises starting from least to most challenging to create each circuit.
Class size is limited to 6 participants. You will receive confirmation of registration from an instructor. In the case that the class is filled before your registration is received, you will be notified and your card will not be charged. Please wait for registration confirmation before attending class.
Progression Session is an ongoing monthly training program. Monthly payments are charged automatically on the first of every month. If you no longer wish to participate in the program, you must confirm cancellation with your instructor no later that the 20th of the month to stop payment for the following month.
