Mid-day doldrums? This half-hour movement class will re-energize your body and reawaken your brain. Gather some props and join me for a fun class featuring a combo of Pilates Restorative Exercise and natural movement practices. Recommended props: Half roller or bath towel, Yoga bolster or pillow/cushion, Yoga block or stack of books.

Have you been sitting more than usual from WFH and shelter in place? If you've been having an achy back, this class is for you! We will focus on lumbar, thoracic, and hip mobility to help ease lower back symptoms. Even if your back doesn't bother you anyone can join!
