CAC Summer Body Weight Loss Challenge

We’re excited to have you join us for our first Summer Body Weight Loss Challenge! This 6 week weight loss challenge begins on
Wednesday, April 26th and ends on Tuesday, June 6th.  
You can only register at ONE CAC location, and must use that location for all weigh ins!

*Registration at West Loop, Lakeview, Lincoln Park and Lincoln Square is FULL. Thank you for participating! 


To join the challenge you must be an active CAC member and 18 years of age. Space is limited to 150 participants at each CAC location. Cost to participate is a one-time $25 registration fee. Please refer to the Summer Body Weight Loss Challenge participant release and waiver form for complete program details.
Each club will have two winners: top male and top female participant who loses the highest percentage of body fat. The winners will each receive $1,000! Participants will be assigned a trainer for the duration of the Weight Loss Challenge. Your trainer will send you weekly emails and you'll also recieve a Jump Start Nutrition and Workout Guide to keep you motivated and on track with the Challenge.   

Summer Body Weight Loss Challenge Participant Rules & Regulations Waiver form

Here’s what you can expect during the Summer Body Weight Loss Challenge:

  • Participants much check-in to the club a minimum of 3 times a week during each week of the Challenge. The week runs Wednesday-Tuesday. Only one check-in a day will count towards the weekly minimum.
  • 3 mandatory weigh-ins and body fat percentage measurements are required in order to be eligible for the final prize. The weigh-ins and body fat percentage measurements will take place on specific dates/times (listed below) during 3 crucial points of the challenge: Initial, Mid-point and Final. You must schedule your weigh-in date/time in advance at the front desk of your registered Challenge club. Weigh-ins and body fat percentage tests must be taken at your registered Challenge club. For example, if you register for the Challenge at Lincoln Park Athletic Club, your weigh-ins and body fat percentage measurements must be completed at Lincoln Park Athletic Club. The weigh-in and body fat percentage measurement will take up to 5 minutes. Failure to attend an Initial, mid-point or final weigh-in and body fat measurement will disqualify you from being eligible to win the Summer Body Weight Loss Challenge.
    • Initial weigh-in and body fat percentage measurement date/time options:
      • April 24th 6:30-8:30am; 4:30-7:00pm
      • April 25th 6:30-8:30am; 4:30-7:00pm
      • April 26th 6:30-8:30am; 4:30-7:00pm
    • Mid-point weigh-in and body fat percentage measurement date/time options:
      • May 15th 6:30-8:30am; 4:30-7:00pm
      • May 16th 6:30-8:30am; 4:30-7:00pm
      • May 17th 6:30-8:30am; 4:30-7:00pm
    • Final weigh-in and body fat percentage measurement date/time options:
      • June 4th  8:00-11:00am
      • June 5th 6:30-8:30am; 4:30-7:00pm
      • June 6th  6:30-8:30am; 4:30-7:00pm

At the initial weigh-in we will take your picture. The purpose of the photo is not for a ‘before-and-after’ shot. The picture will be displayed on our team photo wall along with your trainers. Think of it as a wall of encouragement! In addition to the grand prize, we will be handing out prizes throughout the challenge.

By signing up for the Summer Body Weight Loss Challenge, participants understand that they must agree to and be bound by all the terms and conditions of the Summer Body Weight Loss Challenge Participant Rules & Regulations Waiver form. Failure to follow the rules and guidelines will result in disqualification as a grand prize winner.
