CAC’s Bootcamp has been overhauled and specifically designed to integrate tough bootcamp training workouts with the support and motivation of a team. The drills are challenging and each day is different. This progressive, military-based program combines resistance training, coordination high-intensity cardio drills, core training and metabolic conditioning intervals to get you to your goal. Regular assessments – including measurements, weight, push-ups, timed plank and a timed run – are performed to measure your progress and motivate. All fitness levels are welcome.
