At LPAC

BURN: Row. Ride. Run. Resist. This interval training workout will burn hundreds of calories during the 60 minute class, plus hundreds more in the 24 hours after. Divided into four modalities of work – Concept 2 Rowers, Spinner Pro Spin Bikes, Woodway Curve Trainer Treadmills, and TRX Suspension Units – this is cardio training with short bursts of very high intensity intervals, combined with longer, slower intervals to increase metabolism, muscle mass and performance while burning body fat. Recommended twice a week for optimal muscle, mechanical and metabolic recovery. • Reserve your spot up to 60 minutes before class.

SH’BAM: NEW dance format- A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can! SH'BAM will be held Thursday evening at 6:30pm with Nikki S.

At LVAC

Aqua Yoga: Aqua Yoga is a gentle and very low impact aquatic activity where the instructor takes the principles and movements of Yoga and adapts them to the water environment. With the release of gravity the body is able to find the optimum stretch. By using the rhythm of the breath an inner sense of relaxation can be achieved. Wednesdays at 11am -12pm with Kraig F.

At WPAC

LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact.

The short duration of a LES MILLS SPRINT workout will motivate you to push your physical and mental limits. It features bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff is you will smash your fitness goals and burn calories for hours after each workout. SPRINT will be held in the Spin Studio and offered at 3 times: Monday 5:30p | Tuesday 7:00a | Friday 6:30a. Sign up required.  Reserve spot 60 minutes before start time.

LES MILLS GRIT™ is coming to BAC! 
LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, increase explosiveness and maximize calorie burn. These workouts uses barbell, weight plate, bench and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

360 ENERGY: Discover EAC’s new low-impact movement class that utilizes easy to follow, fluid dance choreography with a small Pilates ball designed to stimulate energy flow throughout the body.  Improved mind-body connection, balance, alignment and hand-eye coordination are just a few benefits of this dance energy experience that will liven up your spirit! BODYPUMP Express: A concentrated, shorter version of the world-renowned resistance training class. Mondays 10:30-11:00am w/Lynn K.
