Water Workout: Cross training with Carlye W.

Fridays 6-7pm
Pool
Intervals of cardio, resistance training and core movements in the pool improve endurance, strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. Burn fat and build strong, lean muscle mass with low to no joint impact. Exercises and intensity can be modified and adapted for participants of all levels: from those just beginning a fitness routine, to those recovering from an injury, to elite athletes on a rest/recovery day.

Spring Cleaning Yoga Workshop with Maria R.

Join Maria for an afternoon of mind-body spring cleaning! Participants will practice breathing techniques (pranayama) to cleanse and purify the lungs, along with deep twisting and stretching poses (asanas) to detox the connective tissues of the body.  Post-practice, Maria will discuss the health benefits of adding fresh-pressed juices and smoothies to your diet.

BODYSTEP Athletic Pop up
Fridays, April 7 and 14  5:30-6:30am

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. Combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body.

Aqua Yoga Pop Up
Monday, April 17th  5:30-6:30pm

Aqua Yoga utilizes basic yoga poses and combines them with the benefits of water resistance training.  This class is perfect for beginners as it is a low impact strength and stretch format. No yoga experience is necessary. This is an all access event.

This is a regularly schedule class but this one is themed as a pool party theme with beach balls and fun!

Intervals of cardio, resistance training and core movements in the pool improve endurance, strength, coordination, balance and flexibility.  This class will prove you can have fun while burning fat and building strong, lean muscle mass with low to no joint impact.  BEACH BALLS included.

Water Workout: HIIT pool party with Sarah R.

This is a regularly schedule class but this one is themed as a pool party theme with beach balls and fun!

This is high intensity interval training in the pool. Utilizing the natural resistance properties of the water plus BEACH BALLS.  This will be a high intensity pool party workout to challenge all fitness levels.
