Join Specialist Trainer Paige Quinlan, in BAC’s new Conditioning Club! Conditioning Club is a high intensity interval workout offered every Tuesday at 6:30pm. These circuit based sessions will get your heart rate up and burn fat in a fun, motivating team environment. Whether you enjoy spinning, yoga, strength training or large group classes, Conditioning Club will be a solid addition to your existing training program.

TEAM Training offers a progressive strength and conditioning program that enables participants to achieve their fitness goals in a fun and dynamic team setting paired with the personalized approach that you have come to expect from personal training at CAC.
The aim of TEAM Training is to offer fun group workouts while maintaining an individualized feel through quarterly fitness assessments , weekly goal setting, and accountability check-ins.
Participants will have the option of participating in a two-day at $235 per month or three-day program for $350 per month, and is auto billed similar to other small group training programs.
