Join CAC for an in-depth 6 week journey into one of the most effective tools in the gym for building your strength, improving your power, and burning fat: The Kettlebell. This class is open to both beginners and advanced Kettlebell lifters. Beginners will learn the basics of the swing, clean, press, and get-up. Advanced lifters will work on perfecting their Kettlebell lifts, as well as learn the snatch and double Kettlebell techniques.
