Learning the Olympic lifts can yield many great benefits and assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals, no matter what they are. According to many studies, Olympic weightlifting increases lean mass and reduces body fat. Olympic lifting focuses on coordination and speed, as well as building power. One of the unique benefits of Olympic weightlifting is the efficiency of the training in that you get a full-body workout with fewer exercises than doing many exercises to address each muscle group. In addition, you will develop a very strong core which will carry over to anything else you do.

The Olympic Weight Lifting small group program is a perfect intro for beginners of Olympic Weight lifting or intermediate lifters looking to fine-tune their skills.  You’ll leave the 6 week program with a wide range of drills to improve your technique, along with a program to utilize in your own training.
