Triathlon Club Pop-UP: Strength Train Like a Triathlete

Triathlon-specific strength training with head coach Brian McClelland.  Go through a series of strength and core exercises that can have a direct impact on improving your swim, bike and run efficiency, strength, and power. This will be an introduction to some key exercises and workouts which will be offered as part of the strength training day within the Triathlon Club monthly & annual training programs.
