9:30-11:00am in Cycle Studio with Sarah R. This 90-minute ride will take place in Sarah's regularly scheduled Friday class. Participants will have the ability to stop at the scheduled end time of 10:20am. From there the class will continue for another 40 minutes of calorie torching fun!
