Over the course of 8 weeks, April 22nd - June 16th, workout 4 times a week, increase your self-care and collect raffle tickets along the way. After 8 weeks, you will have developed new healthy habits and changed your LIFE!

HOW TO PLAY
Complete weekly workouts to earn workout stickers. Four completed workouts in 1 week earn you a raffle ticket. Complete weekly self-care days. These are free spaces. We recommend at least 3 intentional acts of self-care every week.
HOW TO EARN WORKOUT STICKERS
1.) Workout at CAC- Receive a sticker from the front desk, a personal trainer or a group fitness instructor.
2.) Complete an online training workout- Show your completed workout to the front desk for a sticker.
3.) Work out outside the club- Log your work out on the CAC app. Show your logged workout to the front desk for a sticker.
HOW THE HIGH-FIVE SPACE WORKS
A space with a HIGH-FIVE is a free space and self-care reminder. Whatever your self-care practice is--be it mindful meditation, journaling, prioritizing restful sleep, a spa day, choosing vegetables, or a phone call to a friend--practice every week.
HOW TO EARN RAFFLE TICKETS
Receive a raffle ticket automatically at the start when you pick up your game board and at the end of every completed week. Challenger must have 4 stickers within a week to complete a weekly check point and earn a raffle ticket. The more weeks you complete, the more chances to win!
RAFFLE PRIZES
At the end of weeks 4 and 6 we’re raffling off twenty (20) $25 gift cards at each club from places like Lululemon, Nike, Whole Foods, Athleta, Trader Joe’s, and Amazon.
At the end of week 8 we’re raffling off three (3) $500 AMEX gift cards at each club.
