Introduction:
I believe massage to be an essential part of life. Pain happens. Massage is there to help alleviate that pain. However, the pain is often a symptom of the problem so it's important to take a look at what could be causing that pain and try to control, if not correct, the problem. But massage is also useful to maintain an energy level that is on par with your age group. "Use it or lose it" as the saying goes reflects the idea that massage over time can help muscles, tendons, ligaments or even the whole body ease into whatever activity or age group that's around the corner. It's not just for pampering anymore!
