Introduction:
My goal as a personal trainer is to empower my clients with the knowledge necessary to make fitness a life long daily habit. Fitness is a way of holding our bodies in balance in our everyday lives – when we reach that optimal posture, we find we feel better and hurt less. With determination and education, the big goals can be achieved; yet it’s adding up the small joys along the way that make you crave the next challenge. As a massage therapist, I’m intimately aware of the muscles’ attachments, their individual actions and ranges of motion. In evaluating our postures we find those strengths and weaknesses. With that knowledge, we can focus strength and flexibility training on the correct muscles, resulting in finding that healing balance.
