Introduction: 
The saying behind pilates is: In ten sessions you start to feel the difference, in twenty sessions you start to see the difference, and in thirty you have a whole new body. That means: after your first session you will stand a little taller. After a few sessions you will notice that the exercises are getting easier. Then you start to notice more tone and shape. Finally, you develop strong body awareness. Your abdominal connection has become intuitive and you are able to do highly coordinated exercises. My goal is to make proper alignment and posture as intuitive as possible.
