The optimal program integrates aerobic activity, muscular strength & endurance training, flexibility exercises and balance drills. I focus on core stability i.e. strong abdominal & low back muscle groups for getting results and reducing the risk of injury while exercising and throughout your daily tasks. Proper technique, healthy nutrition and recovery are fundamental for achieving your goals. Sometimes you need a little intervention & instruction in your life for motivation!

Specialties:
I design programs for general fitness covering all age groups (youths to seniors). I also coach individuals for sport-specific training, post-physical therapy rehabilitation, weight management, pregnancy & postpartum, as well as peri & postmenopausal women. I have also conducted private coaching in track, tennis, skiing, swimming, Pilates, Gyrokinesis & Yoga.
