I started working with Jenna about one month ago, and so far it has been a very positive experience. After exercising all summer without any weight loss, I decided that a personal trainer was what I needed to achieve results. So far I have lost 5 pounds and an inch off my waist, so I'm on my way! Even before we took these measurements, I could tell that I was stronger and more fit. Jenna is always kind and patient with me no matter how many "You want me to do what?" looks I give her. I have also been able to take her beginning yoga class several times, which I genuinely look forward to every week. Her expertise in yoga and personal training is always evident.

Jenna is an excellent trainer. Jenna has a calm demeanor yet is very positive and motivating; she pushes me to reach my potential during each set. I have been thoroughly impressed by her knowledge of proper technique and ability to integrate a variety of strategies into my training sessions. I am actually enjoying my workouts! I would recommend Jenna as a trainer for individuals who are just learning about weight training/exercise as well as experienced athletes.
