As an accomplished athlete, my coaches have continually challenged me to achieve my goals and go beyond what I thought was possible. My approach to personal training is a manifestation of that mission. I believe that every person is capable of achieving his or her goals with the right tools, guidance, and support. For many people today, demanding, and face-paced lifestyles too often leave little time to focus on health and wellness. My mission is to optimize the time you have chosen to invest in your health by defining the most appropriate path to help you achieve your unique goals. My half marathon I ran last April was 2 hours:50 minutes. I did both halfs in the Chicago Marathon at a 2 hour:20 minute pace.
