Cat Peer is, in a word, awesome! Her training style is eclectic and
challenging, but so much fun! She works with you to develop full body
strength and will also pay attention to whatever areas you want to target.
She keeps track of everything so you can repeat the exercises at any time!
She will definitely keep you sweating the entire hour, which flies by. You

Cat is a very fun, thoughtful, and incredibly effective personal trainer. She not only helped me reach my workout goals during a limited number of training sessions, but she has also had a positive influence on my attitude/motivation (I now use LVAC more regularly, beyond our 1-hour sessions), as well as my general health.

Cat’s workouts are awesome. She considers every client goal when planning the sessions. She somehow makes each workout uniquely fun and challenging. I found that the 1-hour sessions seemed much shorter because of the variety of exercises and different styles that she uses. She is incredibly encouraging throughout each session and she is always very present as well as intuitive. In short, Cat is a great trainer. She is invested in her clients and works hard to help them reach their potential. Thanks to Cat, I have set higher physical standards for myself. She helped me see my potential and work toward it. Basically, she is the best.
