Introduction:
Be active! Walk places, ride your bike, take the stairs. Your body will adapt and become very good at whatever you ask it to do. If you spend most of your day being active, great! If you spend most of your day inactive (at your computer), your body will get very good at that too. While the best way for you to become better at any given activity (running, cycling, climbing, swimming etc.) is to practice and partake in that activity, there is much work that can be done here in the gym to help you prevent injury and improve your performance. And I know everyone wants to look better too. Well I believe that will come as a result of living an active lifestyle, working out, eating well and getting plenty of rest both mentally and physically. Lastly, I like to see people have fun whether running, climbing, working out etc...
