Introduction:
You've got to make time for yourself if you want to stay healthy. Today, people are busier than ever, rushing around to do more in less time. When you're constantly on the go, your body doesn't have time to relax and heal itself. All of this can lead to sore muscles and a compromised immune system–which means sickness, lost productivity, and even lost income. With regular massage therapy, however, you can re-connect to your body and mind.

Specialties:
I love introducing first-time massage clients to the benefits of massage therapy! I also enjoy working with athletes, pregnant and post-partum women, and clients with chronic pain issues. In addition, I've adopted many massage techniques to give relief to office workers who spend a significant amount of time sitting at a desk, using a computer, or typing on mobile devices.
