CAC Climbing Waiver

Certification Test
Experienced climbers who wish to train on the wall must pass a certification test. Successful completion of this test enables you to use the wall during supervised climbing periods. Any supervisor will administer a certification test during Supervised Climb times. Those involved in unsafe practice will have their certification suspended.
* Certification fee is $20.00

Safety Refresher
The safety refresher times are drop in times for LPAC certified climbers who would like to have their safety skills checked or refreshed. This time may also be used by current class participants who have recently missed their regularly scheduled classes. Class participants who are not club members must still pay the guest fee and gear rental fees if applicable to participate during this time. The instructor will assist with safety skills as time and the number of participants allows.

Waiver
Please download and fill out the Climbing Waiver above prior your first day of classes. 

Refund Policy
Participants may cancel their registration or transfer classes (if available) up to 1 week prior to the first scheduled meeting. After this time there are no refunds or transfers.
