Swim Training (All levels)

This class focuses on increasing stroke efficiency and endurance. It helps you optimize speed, embark on triathlon training or simply maximize lap swimming times. Instructors will coach you with a structured workout, including interval training and tips to improve your technique. (Must be able to swim a minimum of 1500 yds. in 1 hour.)
