Total Body Conditioning

A one-hour class of intense aerobic training concentrating on postural alignment from a Pilates approach. Class begins with core muscles strengthening to develop balance and postural awareness. Bi-level step training, stability balls, weights and tubes are used giving each participant a unique aerobic workout as well as muscle strengthening.
