Parayoga

Yoga poses, or asanas, can be more than a tool to improve health, flexibility and strength. Asanas can be used to transform the physical body and unblock the obstructions to healthy, balanced energy flow. In this class, challenging asana practices are followed by breathing exercises, or pranayama, and meditation.
