Boxing

This class teaches real boxing techniques, punches and footwork. Participants will use hand wraps, boxing gloves, focus mitts, and heavy bags for punching drills. Other conditioning exercises may include sprints, jumping rope, medicine ball drills, and lower/upper back strengthening.
