EAC has officially kicked off triathlon season with a full practice schedule. Any Tri Club members are free to participate in practices at any of our sister clubs, LPAC, WAC and LVAC during training scheduled times.
Train with a group from one to seven days each week! All workouts are structured to coincide with planned club races. Members can train to stay fit or train to race. There is no obligation to race.
Training Schedule June's Training Schedule is available here. Tri Club members have access to ALL CLUBS while training.
