If you're looking for a way to get the basics on how to improve upon your own nutrition habits, LPAC's Diet Evaluation is right for you. After completing a three-day food journal, you’ll talk with a nutritionist who will help you understand your dietary strengths and weaknesses. You’ll also receive pertinent educational material to get you going. Regular follow up sessions are strongly encouraged. Metabolic Typing
The perfect diet for your body. Increase your energy, lose unnecessary body fat and reduce unwanted cravings simply by eating the foods your body was meant to eat. Metabolic Typing defines the nine control systems in your body that make up your metabolism. Working with an LPAC nutrition coach, you’ll complete an online assessment that will define a nutrition plan that works best with your metabolism. Included with your Metabolic Typing:

Better Body Program
Measurements are taken to help see and measure results. Daily menu plans will be provided with a grocery list to get you started and keep you going throughout the entire program. Clients will be educated on healthy eating habits and given handouts on techniques to succeed. Our 1-hour circuit training sessions will be a mix of cardio and strength training designed to burn the maximum amount of calories that hour. A daily calander of optional workouts will be included. Group or private program is available.
