Spring Blast Training Program

Crack the Winter dull-drums with Frank Sassetti!  Liven up tired routines and raise your fitness level by adding 6 sessions to your regular routine with these cutting-edge conditioning methods:

  • TRX
  • Sandbags
  • Ropes
  • Kettlebells
  • Plyometrics
  • Bodyweight

These methods are put together in fun, dynamic combinations designed specifically to increase your power, strength, endurance and metabolism.
6 sessions: once a week for 6 weeks
Monday 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm or Wednesday 6:30 am - 7:15 am
March 12 - April 18

$150 members/$180 non-members
(10 person limit, 4 person minimum)
Sign-up at front desk for either Monday or Wednesday
